Description
The Pen Men apartment, with a total area of 135m², occupies a large part of the first and second levels of a small 2-storey building (3 apartments in total).
Delivered at the beginning of summer 2022, it is completely new!
You can access the apartment by taking the stairs or an elevator, which goes down to the basement of the residence where the garages are located (very practical for raising or lowering suitcases).
The duplex opens onto an entrance hall giving access to a laundry room, equipped with a washing machine, a dryer and a small wardrobe.
It also leads to the living room, with a vast area of almost 50m², bathed in light thanks to its south-east exposure.
Large bay windows run along this room and provide access to a large terrace with a table and chairs (possibility to eat outside), as well as a large hot tub from where you can contemplate the unobstructed view on the village and the surrounding mountains.
The kitchen, fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, Senseo coffee machine...), is open to the dining room and the living room. Organized around the fireplace, the living room and its comfortable sofas offer a cozy and cocooning space.
Please note that the fuel for the fireplace is provided for the winter season only (from December to April).
On this same level there is also a separate toilet and a cabin bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a shower / sink area, ideal for children (note that this bedroom does not have an opening to the outside).
The other 4 bedrooms are on the upper floor, and are arranged as follows:
- a double bedroom with king size bed (180*200), dressing room and its en-suite bathroom with WC.
- a double bedroom with king size bed (180*200), storage cupboards and its en-suite shower room with WC.
- a bedroom with 2 single beds (90*190) that can be pushed together to form a double bed and storage cupboards.
- a double bedroom with king size bed (180*200) and storage cupboards.
These last two bedrooms share a shower room and a separate WC.
Wifi is free and accessible throughout the accommodation.
The living room is also equipped with a smart TV.
The apartment is rented with a closed garage in the basement of the residence, an outdoor parking space and a ski locker.
This accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
By renting the Pen Men apartment, you can benefit from a cleaning service during your stay.
